Kombat Fitness is an Integration of basic boxing / kickboxing training and Circuit Resistance Training. Kombat Fitness uses a variety of different training modalities to accommodate all fitness levels and goals. Through Kombat Fitness our team members will improve footwork, increase agility, improve cardiovascular and strength conditioning, improve core strength and learn boxing / kickboxing techniques.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a ground based martial art that uses body positioning and leverage to subdue and submit an opponent. Not only is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu an excellent self defense system, it is an amazing workout, as well as one of the most fun and fastest growing sports in the country. All of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are open to any skill level, however we do recommend starting with our fundamentals class to get used to the basic movements and techniques.
Vision Kickboxing is a striking based martial art that includes the use of punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes. Formed as an eclectic style borrowing from Muay Thai, Dutch style kickboxing, and American kickboxing our classes cover everything from basic stance and footwork drills, power striking to advanced striking combinations, padwork, and sparring. Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

For students in age groups 5-8 and 9-12, Vision MMA's kids program follows a core curriculum centered on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu basics of body mechanics, positioning, as well as supervised submissions and sparring. Students will learn discipline, respect and self-defense in an environment geared towards safety, fun and confidence building.
Earnit! Boot Camp
Earnit! is a combination of Circuit Resistance Training and Plyometrics. Earnit! uses different methods of training to get results no matter the goal or level of fitness. With Earnit! students will improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance, overall body strength, and increase flexibility.
