Kombat Fitness is an Integration of basic boxing / kickboxing training and Circuit Resistance Training. Kombat Fitness uses a variety of different training modalities to accommodate all fitness levels and goals. Through Kombat Fitness our team members will improve footwork, increase agility, improve cardiovascular and strength conditioning, improve core strength and learn boxing / kickboxing techniques.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a ground based martial art that uses body positioning and leverage to subdue and submit an opponent. Not only is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu an excellent self defense system, it is an amazing workout, as well as one of the most fun and fastest growing sports in the country. All of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are open to any skill level, however we do recommend starting with our fundamentals class to get used to the basic movements and techniques.
Muay Thai is a striking based martial art that includes the use of punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes. Our Muay Thai classes cover everything from basic stance and footwork drills to advanced striking combinations, padwork, and sparring.
